Vision, Aims & Objectives:

1. To move forward for accomplishing a better Health Care Facility Centre in the State and Nation at large.
2. To produce committed Medical Professionals for a Healthy nation tomorrow.
3. To motivate and enhance humanitarian spirit among the Medical Graduates and for induction of sincere service for the mankind.
4. To strive towards promoting a comprehensive health care system and provide management consultancy in preventive, diagnostic, curative and rehabilitative services for all categories of people in the community, State and Nation.
5. Tocooperate the State Government Authorities in coordinating health planning and developmental activities especially in the organization of primary health care and health manpower development for theState.
6. To promote various health research activities,especiallyinoperational,appliedandotherstudiesas related to health sciences and manpowerdevelopment.
7. To hold examinations and exercise to grant such degrees, diplomas and other academic distinctions and titles as may be laid down in accordance with the regulations of the University.
8. To executeall such other lawful acts that are conducive to the attainment of the above objectives.

RAGGING :

As per the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s order dated 16^th May 2007, Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.

Definition of Ragging :As per the NMC notification 18^th November, 2021 under Chapter – II Clause 4,

“Ragging shall mean any disorderly conduct, whether by words spoken or written or by an act which has the effect of teasing, treating or handling with rudeness any other student, indulging in rowdy or undisciplined activities which causes or is likely to cause annoyance, hardship or psychological harm or to raise fear or apprehension thereof in a fresher or a junior student or asking the students to do any act or perform something which such student will not in the ordinary course and which has the effect of causing or generating a sense of shame or embarrassment so as to adversely affect the physique or psyche of a fresher or a junior student.”

To deal and curb the matter the college has an ANTI-RAGGING COMMITTEE comprising of senior teachers of the institution and an ANTI RAGGING SQUAD, comprising of other than senior teachers of the institution, representatives of Civil & Police administration and local media.

Undertakings/Oath in the form of Affidavit will be taken from the students and parents before finalization of admission to CMC.

Any person who indulges in ragging shall be dealt with severely as per     the instructions on the subject. ANTI-RAGGING COMMITTEE and identified personswillensurethatnoragginggoesoninthepremisesoftheInstitutes.If

anyincidentofraggingcomestothenoticeoftheauthority,theconcernedstudent shallbegivenlibertytoexplainandifhis/herexplanationisnotfoundsatisfactory the authority would take up necessary actions. Administrative action in the event of ragging shall be as per NMC and Hon’ble Supreme Courtrules.
